A fellow member of the CIPD and accredited Executive Coach, Angela is an accomplished and driven professional who has a wealth of experience in working with organisations who have gone through significant growth or change.
Angela’s passion is helping people leaders discover the secrets to driving high performing teams by untapping their potential and becoming an effective and successful leader.
Angela was head of HR and a key player in senior management teams for 15 years in businesses across industries including manufacturing, marine, electronics, automotive and facilities management. During this time Angela gained a wealth of experience including mergers and acquisitions and change management.
Qualified as an accredited Organisational Coach (CIPD) in 2012, Angela continues to invest in developing her coaching skills.
AMAYSHR consultancy was formed in 2016 where Angela has since worked with both SMEs and large corporates and has several associates supporting her deliver a high level of service.
In addition, to HR consultancy, Angela is an Executive coach, specialising in supporting people transitioning into management and leadership roles as well as a Trainer and has several years’ experience of designing and delivering training covering the breadth of HR management, focusing on the development of people managers and leaders.
Her work has also involved organisation development, where she has supported organisations identify their core values and embed these to drive a successful culture.
Appointed Chair of the Havant & Employability Skills Forum, Angela led a number of initiatives to help bridge the gap between education and employment. This work led to her employer at the time winning the Amazing Business Award for outstanding contribution to the Education Business Partnership.
School Governor (SENCO) at Park Community School whose ethos is “Not just a school” and she strive to make a positive contribution. Angela has also run sessions with the students to help build their confidence and ‘magic’ spelling.
Member of the Business & Enterprise Shaping Portsmouth Committee, supporting Portsmouth initiatives to help small businesses grow.
